Tour Itinerary

From the time you arrive in sunny Cuba and head
out onto the water, it seems all worries are swept away. Many kayak
trips involve full days of paddling simply to get to your camping sites.
With us, your paddles are fairly short and perfectly suited for beginners
who want to get a taste of this exciting sport. We give you lots of time
to enjoy snorkeling, or simply lazing in the sun enjoying the wonderful
scenery.
Day 1 Arrive Havana
Day 2 Canimar River Estuary
(B, L, D)
After a hearty breakfast we take jeeps to the Canimar River Estuary, where
we kayak approximately 10 km to the Canimar Ranch. In the afternoon, choose
to kayak further up the river, enjoy some snorkelling or go horseback
riding. Soak up some local Cuban entertainment for the evening before
a peaceful night’s sleep under the stars.
Day 3 Hatiguanico River
/ Cubanita Beach (B, L, D)
We kayak from our campsite back to the jeeps, before heading to the Hatiguanico
River. A day of kayaking the river and admiring the exotic birds and marine
life awaits. We continue on to Cubanita beach for some ocean kayaking
and snorkelling. We spend the evening relaxing with some fine Cuban cigars
and rum.
Day 4 Habanilla Dam / Guanayara
Ranch (B, L, D)
We travel to Habanilla Dam to check out the vast, green rolling plains,
then hit the waters again, and kayak to the campsite at Guanayara. Here
you will have a relaxing evening to explore the area.
Day 5 Cayo Blanco, Trinidad
Our morning destination is the amazing beach location of Trinidad. We
head there by jeep, then it's time to kayak to Cayo Blanco. In the afternoon
we kayak back to Trinidad to enjoy the sights and sounds of this historical
city.
Day 6 Guajimico
A jeep ride takes us to Guajimico, where we experience some fantastic
ocean kayaking. Enjoy some afternoon sightseeing as we drive to Havana,
and spend the night in this lively city.
